What to do when device not detected?
We are deeply sorry for the trouble. When this error occurs, it is highly possible that your device is not compatible with our software yet. Please contact the support team (email@example.com) with detail info of your device so that we can test at our end. If available, we'll add your phone to our device compatibility system. We will let you know as soon as it's done.
